Preparedness...

...I am using my couponing addiction to build my family's food/home storage. This is something that I feel very strongly about. I hope to add a few posts now and then specific to preparedness. To start out...here is a great starter sample (I'm not sure what is included). But, one of my favorite sayings is: If you start now you won't have to work as hard to keep up! Also, if you have a favorite preparedness tip, I'd love to hear it!

Tip #1: Water Storage
Instead of throwing out your used detergent/bleach bottles, fill them with water and store in a seperate location from your drinking water. This water can be used for cleaning or flushing toilets in case of a power outage...Thanks Susan.
